Online payments are processed through Cashfree or another payment provider made available at checkout.

COD orders may require verification before shipment. We do not currently charge an additional COD fee under our stated store practices.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is offered on eligible orders above ₹1,000, subject to the conditions displayed on our website.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

5. Order Placement and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled because of stock unavailability, a material listing error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason, we will notify you where reasonably possible and arrange any applicable refund in accordance with law.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us through email or WhatsApp. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available under our standard cancellation process.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within India.

Our usual processing time is 1–2 business days, and our estimated delivery time is 5–7 days after processing, depending on the destination, courier service, product availability, and other circumstances.

We may use delivery partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Ekart, Amazon shipping services, Shadowfax, or other available courier services.

Tracking information may be provided by email or SMS. Customers may also check tracking through the tracking facility available on our website, where supported.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your shipping information.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs eligible return, exchange, and refund requests and forms part of these Terms.

Under our current store practices:

Eligible return or exchange requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges are limited to eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to applicable law.
An unboxing video is compulsory for the review of damage or incorrect-product claims under our stated procedure.
Exchanges are available only for eligible damaged or incorrect products, subject to verification and availability.
Perishable products are excluded from standard returns, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Refunds for approved requests are processed to the original payment source where applicable.
COD refunds are processed to the customer's bank account after the necessary details are collected and verified.
Our stated refund processing period is 8–15 business days, although bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time.
